Unfortunately, this year, 2020, is remembered as the year of this catastrophic epidemic, with more than 50 million cases worldwide and more than 10 million cases worldwide, not just in the United States. One million people have died. And there are about 250,000 plagues in this country. It includes some candid, various kinds of unqualified concepts, and theories (such as herd immunity, pandemics-fatigue, or it's all gone), but addresses this virus as needed. Public health risks, we need to take personal responsibility to protect our health and during the epidemic. With this in mind, this article attempts five basic steps to easily review, test, review, and discuss to achieve this goal.

1. Wearing a mask: Why did wearing a mask become a political topic? Almost all public health professionals say that whenever social space is difficult, especially when infected indoors (buildings, restaurants, etc.), everyone just wears a mask. Probably about a 95% reduction. Isn't it logical from both a personal perspective and a social responsibility perspective? More cooperation has been seen in this regard in some parts of the country compared to others, and infection rates are generally lower in these areas/regions.

2. Social Distance / Interval: Studies show that social distance significantly reduces the spread of infection. For example, President Trump held one of the rallies each time, most of whom were present, but socially and even with masks, infectious diseases and cases were widespread. I did. It remains at least 6 feet away, but as many studies have shown, this airborne virus can move further in some situations.

3. Avoid congestion / Be careful about eating indoors: But most of us see something and return to normal, normal activity/condition/life, unfortunately, want this virus at home As long as it spreads at a tremendous rate and the installation takes all necessary precautions such as cleaning, hygiene, wearing a mask, and its air filtration system, one will make unwanted changes. Not exposed to. Also, be careful not to get close to crowded places or situations. Stay vigilant and stay healthy!

4. Don't let the guards down so-called-don't be stupid/stupid/selfish by allowing epidemic fatigue to guide you, your guards! Use common sense and understand that you don't want to be stats!

5. Take precautions: Wash your hands frequently, use a hand sanitizer, wear a mask, avoid congestion, limit certain activities, and take precautions safely to minimize risk. please.

Not only is the virus genuine, but here too, there are increasing cases and deaths. Be socially responsible, wise, careful, safe, and healthy!
